GENERAL

Welcome and thank you for visiting MINē Shop! MINē Shop proudly partners with each of our featured vendors, and strives to bring our customers quality products that we not only adore, but would buy for our little ones, or even for ourselves. We hope to provide a fun and unique shopping experience for you, and are always welcome to new ideas!  MINē Shop strictly adheres to each individual vendor's shop policies. Please carefully review each vendor's shop policies, as well as MINē Shop's policies before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any products sold through MINē Shop - all inquires about creation, quality, damage, returns and/or exchanges, and shipping issues must be addressed with the individual vendor, but we will, of course, assist as much as possible. Please see our sales policies below regarding payment, turnaround times, shipping, and returns/exchanges. Sales tax will apply to Missouri state purchases.

PRODUCTS

Item descriptions are listed as thoroughly as possible and due to the varying nature of lightening and photography, products may look slightly different in person than they appear on your screen.

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept Paypal only. Please note, you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Packages will not be shipped until payments have cleared. Please contact us if you encounter a problem during checkout or payment so that we can attempt to help resolve it.  In the event of a Big Cartel or PayPal error and/or system support loss, we will work as quickly as possible to determine the cause and fix it. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or removed from a shopping cart during this period.

TURNAROUND TIME

SHIPMENT

Each individual vendor is responsible for shipment of products. Availability of international shipping is at the vendor's discretion, and all US and international shipping rates are determined by each vendor. International customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred on international shipments unless otherwise stated. Customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks.  Also please note, if order is being shipped from an international vendor, it may take up to 3-4 weeks to receive package after estimated turn around time.
